Purpose

While there are many fitness choices in the area, I strive to provide the highest quality professional fitness coaching services to my clients. In order to do this, I must be able:

  • to incorporate an overall approach to health and fitness that encompasses cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength and endurance, flexibility, nutrition, and lifestyle considerations.
  • to provide my clients a welcoming, intimate, comfortable, fun, clean, and safe atmosphere
  • to retain clients through my commitment to continuously improve by staying up to date with the latest and greatest fitness innovations
  • to be an educational avenue for my clients and community at large in the field of health and wellness
  • to offer safe programs specific to each individual, appropriate progressions, and/or movement modifications.
  • to develop a relationship with each client
  • to network with the appropriate health and fitness professionals regarding the care of a client, and incorporate recommendations as needed
  • to express myself as a competent fitness professional whose main focus is to enhance the quality of life of my client
  • to strive to be profitable so that I can reinvest in improving my services and facilities
  • to uphold professional integrity through my conduct, appearance, and respect for my clientele, other fitness professionals, and organizations within the industry.
